Echo Service Provider was established in 2010 by Angus MacRobert, Anthony Southgate and Grant Thom to solve a real challenge: businesses needed choice when selecting internet and network service providers but managing multiple providers was costly, complex and time consuming.
As South Africa’s first vendor-neutral aggregator, Echo unifies networks, cloud platforms, and service providers into one seamless experience. With over 20 years in the ISP industry, Grant co-founded Echo to simplify how businesses manage connectivity and service providers. He began his career at Internet Solutions, where he worked with leading South African enterprises and helped drive strategic growth
With more than two decades of ISP experience, Ant co-founded Echo to build agile, high-performance solutions.
He studied engineering at Wits and has led the development of Echo’s hosting, cloud, and security business units
With extensive experience in the ISP sector, Angus joined Echo to help shape its strategic direction and growth. A Chartered Accountant with degrees from Oxford and UCT, he has held executive roles at Internet Solutions, Vox, and other leading tech firms.
With over 20 years in cloud, hosting, and platform services, Craig joined Echo in 2018 to lead operations.
He became COO in 2023, driving service excellence and operational efficiency across the business
Neil joined Echo in 2016 to lead product development and innovation. With over 20 years in the ISP industry and an engineering degree from the University of Pretoria, he drives Echo’s technology strategy and is an AWS-certified solutions architect.
Colin has been with Echo for over 10 years, leading technical operations and infrastructure. He studied at Wits Business School and holds multiple certifications, including Cisco, with deep expertise in ISP technologies
With over 20 years of executive and board-level experience, Bruce supports Echo in a strategic advisory role.
He is a Chartered Accountant with a BCom from UCT
